COMMONWEALTH
vs
Geo W Holloway ] Imbicile
This day J L Lester, Attorney for the Commonwealth, filed an information as follows, to-wit:
To Hon. W L Crumbaugh, Judge of the Lyon Lyon [sic] Court:
I am reliably informed that Geo W Holloway is a person incompetent to manage his estate, and therefore ask that a jury be impaneled to pass upon the subject.

Ordered by the Court, That T H Molloy Esq, an Attorney of this Court, be and he is hereby appointed to defend for and on behalf of the person under trial.
To inquire, etc., comes a jury to-wit: J R Bemson, U L Cummins, R H Allison, J M Dyer, L J Ku?t?, C W Rucker, Ed Lawrence, M McDonald, W S Scott, Jeff Wells, Chas E Braswell & I T Hollowell
who being duly impaneled and sworn according to law, after hearing the evidence, returned the following verdict, viz: We of the jury find from the evidence that Geo W Holloway is incompetent to attend to & manage his estate and is 72 years old; that he owns about $2000.00 worth of property..

wherefore it is adjudged by the Court that said Geo W Holloway having been paralyzed is utterly helpless, unable to walk, talk or communicate his thoughts or desires to others except by the uncertain method of signs is incompetent to manage his estate consisting of seventy five acres of land, 1 home, 1 cow one hog and several promissory notes all aggregating in value the sum of $2049.00 and as committee to take charge of said Holloway & estate and employ some person or persons to see that he is properly cared for.
